WHAT IS ANNATTO OIL?
It is a oil that Vietnamese people often use to enhance a dish with taste and vibrant red colour. When Annatto seeds are added to oil, they release a beautiful vibrant orange tone to the oil.

- 40g (about 1/3 cup) Thai Chili, 1/4" slices
- 3 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 150ml Distilled Vinegar
- Combine all of the ingredients in a jar. Cover and age it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, beyond that the chili’s and garlic will lose it’s texture.
- Makes 150ml
