Flourless Eggless – 3 Ingredient Pancakes

Here’s another easy 3-Ingredient Pancake recipe, but this one has no eggs or flour. I wanted to learn how to make a pancake that would be egg-free for my nephew. These pancakes are just as easy and simple as 3-Ingredient Oatmeal Banana Pancakes and 2-Ingredient Pancakes. Feel free to add any extra yum to the recipe, such as cinnamon, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, or peanut butter. The upgrades are endless, make these cupcakes to your own taste!

Banana Eggy French Toast
  1. 2 Slices of Bread
  2. 1 Ripe Banana
  3. 1 Egg, Large
  4. 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  6. Grated Nutmeg

  1. Mash the banana, then add the egg, almond milk, and spices. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Place bread in a baking dish large enough to hold bread slices in a single layer. Pour egg mixture over bread; soak 10 minutes. Turn slices over; soak until soaked through, about 10 minutes more.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium-low heat until the pan is hot.
  4. Add the soaked bread to pan and cook until browned on bottom side, about 4 minutes.
  5. Flip, and continue to cook, until browned on second side, about 4 minutes longer. Serve warm alongside fresh fruit.
  1. Preheat oven to 375F and line baking sheet with silpat.
  2. Gently place the soaked bread onto prepared tray.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden and cooked. Serve warm alongside fresh fruit
