Seattle Adventures: Purple Cafe

Purple Cafe and Wine Bar on Urbanspoon
We spotted this restaurant across the street from the Gucci store in Seattle Washington after burning a hole in our wallets shopping. I was starved for some brunch, and we opted to go here. From across the street, we saw lots of people inside but no name for the restaurant.

We opened the front doors and saw the sign. It was a restaurant called the “Purple Cafe & Wine Bar”.

The restaurant was packed with patrons. The middle of the restaurant was a spiral staircase around a wine bar.

Although it was very busy inside, we were seated almost immediately.

Crab Cakes were delicious!

French dip with Shoestring Fries

Risotto

Thoughts?

  • Well Priced
  • French Dip sandwich Au Jus was salty… I would not reorder this
  • Crab Cakes – Very Good!
  • Risotto was delicious! Not too heavy.

Verdict:

  • I will return!

Where’s your favorite brunch restaurant?
